This Shipping Policy applies to orders delivered to supported addresses in the United States.
Order processing
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during unusually busy periods, for address verification, or when an order requires additional review.
Shipping methods and rates
- Standard: $8.00 for orders from $0.00 to $69.99.
- Free Standard Shipping: $0.00 for orders of $70.00 or more.
- Express: $15.00.
The current checkout estimate is 3–5 business days for Standard and 1–2 business days for Express after fulfillment. The shipping method, charge, and estimated delivery date displayed at checkout apply to your order.
Order tracking
When tracking is available, it will be included in the shipping confirmation. Carriers may need time to activate or update tracking information after a label is created.
Address accuracy
Please confirm the shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, use the Contact Us page immediately. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment has begun.
Delivery timing
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier conditions, peak periods, security checks, and other events outside the Store's reasonable control may affect delivery. An order may arrive in more than one shipment when items are fulfilled separately.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, first check the delivery area, household members, and any carrier notice. Then use the Contact Us page with your order number and tracking details so we can review the available information.
